JEHAZ BANDA

Jehaz Banda is a scenic meadow located near Kumrat Valley in the Upper Dir district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province in Pakistan. The name "Jehaz Banda" translates to "ship-like formation," which is derived from the shape of the meadow that resembles a ship. Jehaz Banda is located at an altitude of around 3,300 meters (10,800 feet) above sea level and is accessible by trekking through the Kumrat Valley. The meadow is surrounded by snow-capped mountains and is known for its breathtaking views of the valley and the surrounding peaks. Visitors can also spot diverse wildlife in the meadow, including Himalayan ibex, musk deer, snow leopard, and a variety of birds. The best time to visit Jehaz Banda is from May to September when the weather is pleasant, and the meadow is covered in lush greenery and colorful wildflowers. جہاز بانڈہ جانے کے لیے آپ کو کس طرح گاڑی کی ضرورت ہے پچھلے سال میں نے تن و تنہا لاہور سے کمراٹ ویلی جانے اور اِس وادی کا سحر انگیز حسن دیکھنے کا فیصلہ کیا۔ لاہور سے وادی کمراٹ پہنچا، دو دن وادی کمراٹ میں گزارنے کے بعد میں نے تھل گاؤں سے اوپر کی جانب ایک چھپے ہوئے جنت نظیر کے ٹکرے جاز بانڈہ کی طرف رخ کیا۔کمراٹ ویلی کے بارے میں پچھلی تحریروں میں کافی بات ہوچکی، اس بار کچھ ذکر کرتا ہوں جاز بانڈہ کی اور اپنے ذاتی تجربے کی۔ جاز بانڈہ جانے کے لیے آپ کو مردان سے کوہستان کے آخری گاؤں تھل آنا ہوگا۔۔۔ اسکے بعد کوئی 4X4 جیپ کروا کے جھنڈری تک جانا ہوگا۔جندری تک جانے میں پونا گھنٹا تقریباً لگ جاتا ہے۔ میں چونکہ اکیلا تھا، جیپ مجھے مہنگی پڑنی تھی میں نے ایک بائیک والے سے بات کی کہ مجھے ڈراپ بھی کرنا ہے اور جب کال کروں گا مجھے پک بھی کرنا ہے، بائیک والے نے 1500 میں ڈیل ڈن کی، اور کچھ دیر بعد کہا کہ تم اپنا آئی ڈی کارڈ کی کاپی مجھے دے دو، تم میری بائیک ہی لے جاؤ۔ میری خوشی کی انتہاء نہ رہی کہ اچھا خاصا ایڈوینچر کا موقع مل گیا، خیر خوشی خوشی بائیک لی تھل سے دو تین کلو میٹر تک کا فاصلہ صاف تگا ...
